All your tips help we home gardners! I just gave the husband the ok to dig up my zinnias and put them on the compost! They are DONE. Meanwhile he rototilled another row for my cool flower transplants that would NOT be a thing without you! Because of you, I have all my seed for next year purchased and in the freezer, new seedlings maturing for transplant and sweet peas 6 inches high in the ground--have NEVER even tried that before and they are going gangbusters in my 8b zone! Can't wait to see them take off in spring! Thanks for all you do!

@ Lisa? How do I deal with bugs falling out of blooms when I take them in my house grow space. Or while making bouquets😬 Yesterday I brought dahlia's in and a plump black spider dropped of on to my counter. Oh I was so praise'n the Lord for it doing it then instead of at my Dr's office I scooped it up and put it back on dahlia😂

I really appreciate this and thank you! We are not far from the worst of what happened and know many who have suffered loss on so many levels. The weekend brought me to tears a few times over. God was so gracious and spared our farm.

My garden is around 1000 sq feet and last week I produced 20 12-13 stem bouquets 🥰 and guess what they all sold! Not every week has been like this, but I have a lot of empty beds due to poor planning. Next year I’ll be even more structure and make even more. We have a lawn, patios etc.

Hi Lisa, love watching/listening! This podcast is making me crack up over my own situation. I am going into year 3 at learning, testing and practicing. I am in a neighborhood with houses all around. I grow in my backyard, planting in a space that is about 30 x 60 total. I try hard to make my space attractive, as it is my backyard. Like you once did, I dream of space. This last season I only sold around 70 or so bouquets (15 stems ea.), but created another 20 or so for gifts. I'm honing in my skills!

Thank you Lisa. It is overwhelming seeing all the devistation on the news. I am in extreme NE GA. Thankfully, we didn't get it horrible here where I am. But our food comes from an ingles warehouse in Asheville. They sent so many workers home here in the next town where the grocery store is. Because the ingles warehouse was of course severely flooded at the very least in Asheville. And our store here, in a rural mt small town, won't get food till they find a new supplier. Not sure when that will be. Thankfully, I have enough to get me through for about a week, give or take. And I feel blessed to have that. They don't even have water to drink or bath with in asheville and beyond.

Dave mentioned in a previous video to pinch out a snap if it's budding to soon and treat that as pinching. This video he said not to. Did something change or is that a mistake. Thanks a bunch.
