As a community instructor, I totally agree and know exactly what you mean when participants want to download their trauma on you (as an instructor) Sometimes its just a general moan but sometimes they share private details and situations..just before a class. Generally I find they just want to off load and the instructor is sometimes the first person they see. It's hard to take on, especially when your mind is trying to focus on the class ahead❤
