If you don't have PS plus you can activate a friends account on your console that does have it, then switch back to your account and get on the game

For the first time you'll need online. Since you don't have PS plus, activate a friends account on your console who has it. Set as primary. Go back to your account. And you'll have free PS plus. Lemme know how it goes

You def can. But it's much safer to scoot by everyone. I've killed the wheelchair guy, and he respawns when u run back. So everyone will most likey
