Just read an article about thisnplace. I'm homeless in MN. I was planning on biking to Colorado with my dog. But with winter, I'm replanning and probably heading towards texas. No income tax sounds nice. And it'll be warm enough through winter, so I won't have to worry about my dog freezing. This is pretty cool! You're awesome for providing the opportunity!!
