Awesome video! Did you compare TechLED to Worship Productions? If so what made you decide to go with TechLED?

While I've only seen two screens from them in person, they didn't impress me as much. I have a friend that has had pretty good luck with them though. Have you used them?

Another reason I went with TechLED is I looked at churches that they had tagged in old posts as customers and then reached out directly to their staff to get reviews. Everyone of them spoke very highly of their experience and the product.

@@RylandRussell we do have one of WP’s walls and when purchasing it was a hard choice between the two. The reason we went with WP was the backing between the pixels was black vs TechLED was a dark grey. At least the model that we had side by side comparison at NAMM. We’ve had our wall for almost a year with two set changes and no issues. We put it in our student center as a test to see how it would hold up as we currently are building a new sanctuary and will be installing a 60x10 main wall. TechLED is still in our running for that and look forward to hearing your feedback.

@@joshstates3363 interesting! Ya ours are the actual panel you see me filming at 2:38 and they are for sure black. I know what you mean about some walls like that though. This one disappears as you’d think when no content is on it.

Nice video Ryland, glad to see Techled getting a little shine. They also found a niche with alot of spanish churches. I got a chance to help out a pastor friend of mine a couple years ago who was looking for an LED wall to be purchased and installed before an Easter weekend . He was also on a budget, and I quickly found out that we were priced out of a lot of the other known vendor options by a considerable amount. Through an acquaintance, I got connected to Techled and I gotta say the experience was awesome, The price allowed us to upgrade the NovaStar processor. They worked directly with our electrician to make sure we had the right connections and breakers. The system we got shipped with a super quick turnaround and with a couple extra panels that are easy to replace, we ended up using them because we noticed a couple dead pixels, but the company also sent us a few extra panels after that to have on hand.

Yep! I got quotes from them early on. I think they are offering some great stuff and I think Jake, Craig and the rest of the team are great dudes! We could not afford them for this project.

I'm not familiar with Grecko, but the final size is 12.6FT X 6.3FT (aspect ratio of 2:1) and based upon other 2.5mm budget walls I've quoted my guess would be that this is somewhere in the neighborhood of $20K to $25K without installation.

I use the WIDI Jacks across my rig. Each keyboard, as well as my HX Stomp. I also utilize BandHelper to call up presets in the HX Stomp, for each song that we play! CME has some amazing products, and they are very reliable, from my 3 years of experience with them!

this system is Great quality and excellent sound you need the Tone mach BOSE MIXER to get the best solution for Great quality sound I have the small brother and found out that You need to marry this up with the Bose mixer to get less feedback and better sound quality and it's more stable as well. when Connect it to the any other mixer. Dangit! I knew i should’ve hung around for a little while. I started to watch the live Friday but had to run to work and didn’t figure you would get to me, let alone we would be the first one 😂 So yeah it always seems quiet too me but if i push any more volume it’ll start to distort and sounds like the atem can’t handle it. The grand is real, it’s like a 5’ baby grand and i had no idea how to mic it when we got it nor did i have anything. So it’s just two 57s spread out to grab it all. I’ve been wanting to add a shot of the piano and the drums to help add some more dynamics to the stream we did testing and it looks amazing but haven’t been able to justify the cost over other things in the room yet. The thing in the air is our truss, it’s massive and you can’t seem it on that week but it has a cross in the front that lights up and then all of our stage lights are on it. We have rgb washes over the congregation, and we typically run the house lights at 40% that week i think was a little lower as we had a new light tech learning! We keep the vocals spread out partly because we have so much stage space (it’s 85’ wide and 30’ deep) but the lower stage is a lot smaller we typically only put two - three vocalist down there otherwise it gets crowded. And our sermon series is called the playbook so the bumper is all football which as a southern church gets everyone excited lol Thank you both for some awesome feedback! I’m going to definitely work on getting the volume up. And we’re working on adding some more front light on the vocals on top.

Got the Xtalk 2 and pretty happy with them. I´ll add more as soon as I need it. Just getting some extra batteries cause it just bring one for each intercom. But pretty similar to the C1 in features but for a really good price.

1:27:09 - have you or anyone had discussions with players who dangle? The loose IEM dangling on a generally nice shirt or whatnot. It is bothersome to me - and is an appearance thing. They should have it in, of course, but I want to come up with a way to nicely ask they tuck the dangle into a shirt or sweater layer versus a dangle. yes, toms spread too far on that one.

1:37:10 reverb item you mentioned. Reverb level - should it ever surpass "the space"? Meaning not to use 4 second tail in a 100 person room. The reverb here is what I have heard in stadium concerts (ie. Passion in Atlanta) but likely their room is smaller. Thoughts on over-saturation of verb? I backed off using as much the last year and might want to lean in and add more soon again. .... widescreen during preach feels like it is when the cam ops all went to eat breakfast and get coffee while the message is spoken. Gotta get active with shots in that segment too.

2:12:00 - That has an 80s-mix vibe using modern equipment. Softening it with something like a plugin such as soothe-2 (in a DAW) would be nice. Since it is dLive, they might be using an exciter in the mix and do have overheads and snare are a bit hot. Feels like their singers are all centered in the mix and not spread out (ie. you would place them per-song using snapshots or snippets). Looking forward to some dLive myself - I'm hitting up the AES show in NYC for the A&H dLive certification course next month with Mike Bangs (who also helped design it).

TERADEK SPARK 4k Does anyone has the same issue? It says out of range even its just meters away to each other. sometimes it says no video but good link on the RX, but on the TX it indicates it says "no link" I tried to restart the RX. It will work fine for 1min. RX receiving video with good link, TX indicates no link but same frequency to RX. Also I did swap the RX and kept the TX. All were good I did also Firmware update. Nothings changed. My location is SEA.

We were using the same Restream from the blackmagic webpresenter HD and have had troubles with Facebook which seems to be a common thing. No troubles with KZbin.

Thank you for the video that was very helpful I have a pair of those microphones so I will try to set up something within our congregation we are only a very small church here in New Zealand with about 50 people only on a good day I need the crowd mics mainly for the live stream that we have on Facebook so that those that are away sick can attend a service with our system we have to set up and pack down every Sunday because we are using our local school hall but thanks for your help and advice I will take that on board and try to achieve something better for our Facebook live stream

@@robbieboydjr depends how you are running graphic overlays to your livestream currently. Just use audience looks to assign the correct layers.
