I recommend you to just breathe in the H that it produces. Because after H is separated from the water from electrolysis, it doesn't melt into the water per se. Or you would see bubbles, and those bubbles would dissipate before it reaches the top of the water line. Those bubbles are what you want in your lungs as H permeates skin or tissue very easily. When you drink the water down with the bubbles, the bubbles in your throat would immediately rise up. It doesn't go to your tummy. That is fine, as it is still permeating in your internals. It is the stuff they make and what materials with I am worried about. It's cheap and nasty. You can breath H through nasal tubes and just drink water from another source that is without Flouride and be better off. Same results except without potential nasties. I've heard people say after a while of bubbling the water taste metallic and rusty
@Healthyhydrationh213 күн бұрын
@@dealarr This comment contains a mix of misunderstandings about molecular hydrogen (H₂) and its application, so I want to clarify: Molecular hydrogen does dissolve into water during electrolysis, but its solubility is relatively low (around 1.6 mg/L at room temperature). You won't always see visible bubbles in hydrogen-rich water, especially if the water is highly saturated, as the gas is dissolved rather than escaping as visible bubbles. This is similar to carbonated water, where dissolved CO₂ isn't always visible until the water is disturbed. Breathing hydrogen gas via nasal tubes can be beneficial in specific therapeutic contexts, as molecular hydrogen has been shown to permeate tissues and exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. However, drinking hydrogen-rich water is also effective because the hydrogen enters the bloodstream through the stomach and intestines. Both methods have been studied, and each has its advantages depending on the purpose. A metallic taste in hydrogen water could indicate issues with the materials used in the generator, such as substandard electrodes or improper maintenance leading to contamination. High-quality hydrogen generators like ours use safe, food-grade materials that does not impart any taste. Ensuring the generator is from a reputable company/manufacturer is crucial. Hydrogen-rich water does not inherently alter fluoride levels. We always recommend using clean, high-quality water for hydrogen generation is essential, but this applies to all drinking water, not just hydrogen-infused water. If you’re considering hydrogen therapy, it’s worth investing in a well-researched product from a reliable brand. /Andreas

@@Healthyhydrationh2 Thank you. I was using the most efficient way for these cheaper cups so I didn't go into detail as much you did. Hydrogen does dissolve in water but it's so miniscule I didn't bother to mention it. When H penetrates your lungs, your bloodstream carries it to all parts of the body. The lung and stomach and intestines are not separated by connected by blood vessels. But of course being 100% correct is better than 90%.
@Healthyhydrationh213 күн бұрын
@@dealarr I don’t know if there’s really any efficient way to use the inefficient products, as they’re likely contaminated and causing other adverse issues. H2 does indeed ascend and dissolve somewhat quickly depending on how you store it. The half life differs. However, HRW does deliver it throughout your entire body, as well as the gas is one of few species that actually cross the blood barrier, hence its promise in so many brain injuries and disorders. Did you know we actually have specific bacteria in our gut that produce hydrogen? They’re called Bacteroides and Firmicutes. They feed on specific compounds to stay proliferating and thriving. We have supplements just for that as well and have a Black Friday Special going on for them. If you’re looking to truly optimize your physical and mental health, it might be a good idea to check those out too(:
@dealarr13 күн бұрын
@@Healthyhydrationh2 Ah yes I do know about the bacteria in the gut causing electrolysis. Naturally we do produce H in our gut. What I have described is something that will supplement that because our gut issues mainly comes from this almost predatory diet that is enforced upon society. What it does is lower our gut flora ( dead bodies aka meat, not enough fibre, which is what the bacteria feeds on to create H for our energy production). I actually have a cup Ive already bought, while I also have homemade versions prior that I was able to put on the car going from 10-10km per L to 15.5 km per L, that's including traffic. Perhaps should upload what I meant of the set up I have. The way I am using the current cups is just breathing in the H from the cups and using distilled water with lemon juice (no contamination! was using Potassium Hydroxide before as a conductor for water). Am sure you know tap water sucks. Chlorine gas, Flouride turns into Flourine. Horrible. But with this method it is perfect. Let me find a time when I can video and upload what I am talking about. For you could market to your audience that way and they would feel the benefits and not a placebo.
@Diogenes-II16 күн бұрын
One more question: I just want to address the elephant in the room. Some people think that excess hydrogen will drown out oxygen. The colonic muscle wall is the most well oxygenated region of the intestinal tract, with 7-10% (42-71 mmHg) oxygen concentrations. Is hydrogen water safe for daily use -- will it not drown out oxygen reserves?
@Healthyhydrationh215 күн бұрын
Appreciate your comment. And great question! Hydrogen water, which contains dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂), is generally safe for daily consumption and won’t "drown out" oxygen reserves in your body. Here’s why: In the body, oxygen and hydrogen act independently, with molecular hydrogen rapidly dissolving and dispersing without impacting overall oxygenation. Molecular hydrogen is very light, and when ingested, it quickly diffuses and dissipates through tissues and is exhaled through the lungs. It doesn’t accumulate, and your body naturally regulates its oxygen levels regardless of the small amount of hydrogen you’re ingesting. Also, the body absorbs hydrogen and oxygen through different processes and for different purposes. Since hydrogen is neither stored nor involved in cellular respiration (like oxygen), it doesn’t compete with or displace oxygen. Molecular hydrogen has been studied for its antioxidant properties, as it may help neutralize free radicals. Many people drink hydrogen water for this potential benefit, and clinical research has found it safe, with no toxic effects. Hope this helps! /Andreas
