Fascinating information and another great explanation by Dr. James White. I’ve listen to him explain this process at least a dozen times. And look forward to hearing it as time progresses, this is cutting edge. Thank you very much for sharing this information as it develops. I believe this understanding will revolutionize how food is grown.

Saludos y felicidades por este invento Thank you very much for your attention, I am suggesting a different format similar to the result of chemical analysis of soils, where the values are spliced in set of textures, ph, etc. that could be enriched by editing those of biology to vice versa with the external results of soil chemistry and be able to make a single more complete file. Greetings and congratulations for this invention

Just read the materials on your website and there’s only mention of a bacteria to fungi biomass ratio but there’s no mention if the test distinguishes between beneficial and pathogenic microorganisms - both bacteria and fungi.
@microbiometer3090 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for comment. MicroBIOMETER does not distinguish between different microbes, it is total biomass. Please email info@microbiometer com with any other questions.

Good I am an initiator in the technique and uses of microbiometric, I find it very precise and practical, thanks to all the multidisciplinary team for developing it, my condolences to the family of the co-founder of Dr. Judy, you should know that as soon as I walk through these sciences, I have a proposal to make, I would like it possible to edit the data in a format and be able to print them as a report on the chemical quality of the soil, We may be able to collect data in printed folders for later analysis over time. Best regards

An excellent presentation and discussion. Although I watched this presentation only after watching a number of biodiversity lectures by Dr Christine Jones, I'd consider the content of this presentation a prerequisite to better understanding the biodiversity videos because the theory of biodiverse gardening/farming is based on the rhizophagy cycle and endophytes. I'd also consider the Q/A about soil-less systems is interesting and perhaps critical to isolating certain functions, perhaps to better understand soil's characteristics merely as a growing medium. I don't do soil-less systems but the little exposure I've had encourages growing fish in the circulating water system to introduce fecal matter much like compost tea which is considered an idea environment to grow a diverse and populous biome. Are indoor greenhouse practices really trying to grow using only NPK in the water? It just makes so much sense to me to do something, anything to inject and support microbial growth whether it's farming fish or throwing a handful of vermicompost in the water periodically.

Another example of ridiculously low subscribership for a group of exceedingly intelligent individuals who offer so much in the way of improving food security. In my mind I imagine a time where this is required learning. Similar to how speech, walking, breathing and chewing gum are all learned at a young age. That way the knowledge has an active mind for which to grow and advance in.

Does the soil have to be from the root zone of a plant or can you just test any soil in general
@microbiometer30902 жыл бұрын
Hi Dave thanks for your question. We recommend testing anywhere in top 3-5 inches. Depending on the ground cover and time of year, saprophytic fungi can contribute greatly to the microbial biomass. Closer to the living plant roots and especially in the rhizosphere surrounding the roots, mycorrhizal fungi will contribute to the biomass. Therefore it depends on what you are looking to achieve with your testing. Please email us [email protected] if you should have any additional questions.
