That is a pretty long winded answer to say there are many different levels of scientic theories to explain this depending on your level of understanding in science but you look like a dumbass so I can only make analogies from everyday life to you but that doesnt truly explain it so I won't and you will just have to accept it as it is.

The funny thing is that Richard Feynman is LITERALLY celebrated for the way he was able to break things down in a way that allowed people to understand even the most complex physics phenomena out there. All he was saying was that the interviewer was asking a good question but he's unable to answer it because he has no idea of what the interviewer knows and doesn't know. He is saying what we wish we could tell kids when they ask why the sky is blue.
