Xanthan gum is a bacteria strain that is fed glucose...it is a thickening agent and stabalizer to keep ingredients from separating...it is safe to use but can cause gas or bloating in some individuals ♥️

u totally can!! i personally feel my best when i’m not over doing it with sugar. i’m dealing w lots of bloating/fatigue rn so i’m trying to make decisions to support my body & that help me look + feel my best

Being aware of sugar intake is quite the opposite of eating disorder...truly, sugar is extremely aging on your organs,including your biggest organ, your skin...being conscious of what you are putting in your body will pay off in huge dividends as she ages 🤷♀️🥰

i am aware of the harmful effects of sugar on the body. but the idea that a banana or berries have “too much sugar” is a dangerous statement to put out when your videos have influence on others, and can lead to disordered eating habits.

@@jessicawood6506 i just said they’re a bit higher in sugar than berries, not that they have *too* much sugar!!! it’s just a fact that i find interesting/wanted to share! obviously, all fruits have their benefits & can be amazing for you 💕 i love & eat bananas all the time!!!

this is such a boring answer but i literally just use the target brand detergent in “fresh linen” (it’s so good) + the downy amber and rose fabric softener!!! for my towels, i’ll add bleach if needed to get any makeup etc. off!!!

I’m the same with decor - I don’t like to have a lot. The rug looks perfect to me - great colour and positioning. I’d also not bother with any baskets under that unit but I would recommend a lovely plant in the corner ❤
