I’d recommend microneedling with prp (sometimes called vampire facial) for dark marks. It’s expensive but the only thing that has lightened my acne scars after one session. I’ve tried so many products religiously to make sure they would work & nothing lighted my scars til I did the microneedling so maybe that could be beneficial for you too!

Hello!! When I used to drink and wanted to feel better about what I was drinking lol, I’d opt for vodka (grey goose) and club soda. This was years ago, so I’m sure there are better vodkas 😂 but wanted to share🙂. I like how you said you wanted to go with your thoughts. Sorry I’m binging your vlogs so late response here re: dark marks/PIE/PIH. Hit that spot with either OTC/Sephora products like Topicals, Dr. Idriss Hyper serum or Target/Naturium azelaic acid 10% emulsion. Or hit up your dermatologist for 15% azelaic acid and/or hydroquinone to fade it faster. Keep up retinoid and spf usage, avoid direct sun exposure while spot forming and healing. Red light therapy can mildly help too combined with your skincare.

I just ended watching the vlog and I can relate because every time I see my dad (and uncles I have 13 uncles) I can see how he is changing physically and I have to hold my tears. My prayers are with you for your peace and wellbeing of your entire family <3
