Hi Gaz, The main advantage of a 350W battery over a 250W battery in e-bikes is increased power and performance, However, the battery would drain faster if used at full power.

so with the 35mm tire clearance, would this bike also be sufficient for gravel riding / forrest paths (hard but unpaved), I primary ride road but in the winter I prefer running gravel tires. For this purpose i run a gravel frame with 2 sets 1 gravel 1 road tires, but I would be very keen on this frame.

Though we recommend a 35 mm tyre size, we have successfully fitted Challenge Gravel Grinder 700 x 38 mm tyres ( www.challengetires.com/shop/products/gravel-grinder-2/55181 ) to the Allroad Ti. These are intended for light gravel use, and should be more than up to the task of tackling some hard-pack forest trails. The clearance may prove insufficient for tyres with a more aggressive tread profile though.

I'm trying to get a straight answer from Ribble regarding your Titanium Gravel bikes. Is it possible to fit a 2× set up on your current gravel frame? I know that you only offer 1× on your website, but will the frame accommodate 2× if I want to install my own groupset. This is my last try before a regretfully give up and try another brand. Please give me a clear and accurate answer, as I haven't been able to get one from Ribble.

No there is not, the bike can be pedalled weather the motor is off or on. Please consider using traditional bike protection methods.

question: I have a Ribble eBike and thought I'd better familiarise myself before being roadside with a puncture. I can't turn the 6mm Allen key at all on the thru axle. I don't want to over force it. I am going anticlockwise and I am applying a decent amount of pressure. Can I do damage by really upping the force to my max strength? thank you!

The fact that it's so difficult to find basic replacement parts ( Compression Plug) for my Ribble Ultra, leads me to have minimal confidence in this company's frame support. . Also, I recently purchased their "Ribble Ultra Road SL / SL R Inline Seat Post", which was advertised as "compatible" with the Ultra SL and sure enough IT DOES NOT EVEN FIT! . This company has a "RACING TEAM" based on the Ultra SL R but there's no parts availble for PURCHASE??😮

My bike was brand new and this is probably the wrong way to do it but I just tightened the front axle until the disc stopped scrubbing against the pads when I rotated the wheel

is it better if the wheel is off the ground on a stand when reinstalling the front wheel? or can the wheel be placed between the forks with the wheel in the ground?

i'm a noob with disk brakes. If the thru axle is aligned and fits in between the forks and secures the wheel, and the rotor is aligned between the brake pads inside the caliper, does that mean the wheel should be installed and positioned properly? guy at the bike shoppe made it look easy. I put the front wheel on when I got home... rotor is rubbing when the wheel spins, i can hear it. wtf.
