Hey man, I just wanted to say thank you for putting this video out there. After traditional troubleshooting methods failed I followed your video step-by-step. Only to realize I had the same exact issue with my vacuum distributor plate. It wasn’t burnt but it was missing a little bit of material. I put a gob of liquid electrical tape where the material was missing, put it back together and boom!!! just like that it’s working 100%. Thanks man.

I have engine code P2562 on my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit. This error code indicates the PCM detected Turbocharger/Supercharger control A circuit signal was not within acceptable limits. Is what it says on the sheet when I went to go get my engine code scanned. Is this error code covered under extended warranty?

Do not need to do all that just be a man and drop the exhaust you got unlimited room after that and it’s 100x easier

Tried this out...mine was burnt on same spot so I put a dab of caulk, wish I had silicone but didn't. Anyway, put it together and it worked. I used a toothpick to shape the caulk into what I hoped would seal right there, let it dry and put together. I don't think I will use that knob being that the seal probably won't last long. Thanks for the idea. I just didn't feel like buying another part.

My car brought up that same code just started revving while on the gas on any gear. Car doesn’t accelerate at all in any gear just revs. Is this a similar issue or something bigger?

Snap on, overpriced garbage . Couldn't even give you the right trouble code. I have an Xtool d7, fully bidirectional and works like a dream and cost me a fraction of snap on. In fact, it also has software for fully electric vehicles. I knew it was an external transmission pressure sensor, typical problem with hondas, not necessarily a serious transmission issue. Causes: 1- severe dirty transs fluid and filter, 2- transs sensor failed.

I have a BIZARRE issue on the 98 Durango I bought a few weeks ago. With the blower set on heat or vent, when i accelerate a little hard, the blower always switches up to defrost. When i let off the gas back to normal acceleration, its switches back down to vent or floor heat that its set on. It happens every time. How weird is that???

I have a question my 08 edge is misfiring still p0303 an i also have a p0171 ive already swapped the plug out an changed the coil but still misfiring in the same cylinder i dont have a scan tool an was thinking about replacing the fuel injector for the 60 dollars should i do that or just bring it to a technician ?

I replaced both the unit bearings AND the wheel speed sensor. Still getting C101F and U140A. Oh well.

Thank you so much for the video. Car was idling high after replacing leaking valve cover gaskets .Followed along while you were doing the steps and presto it worked.

So this is happening to me and it’ll randomly happen while I’m driving down the highway or road. If I’m going over 3rpxmin the car will start shaking until I pull over to turn it back on or off again. It’s been happening for a while and I’m starting to get tired of it.

What if the spring is missing ? Could that cause this issue alone

I had the same problem. You fixed it the same way I would have. My e brake spun around and piled on one another and rested right on top of the sensor and tone ring. All the hardware was missing from the e brake side and the cable was snapped. I just left it all off and put it back on until I can fix it. I replaced all that I could with new sensor but the brakes dented and ruined the tone ring so now that needs replaced. Same wheel too. Now I have to do the same thing you are doing to fix it. Hopefully it goes as smooth.
