So great to see you guys back on youtube. Im also amping to know what job Deb got and how shes finding working there vs working in Australia. I saw someone in sanur talking about the optometrist and how cheap it is. Where abouts in Bali did you guys decide to settle?

Thinking of a 3mth stint in either Bali or Thailand (quiet areas). Where do you find the most comfortable and affordable living?
@alandeb5 сағат бұрын
Thailand is much more affordable then Bali. But in my option, Bali is the better destination. There would be many places in Thailand that would be quiet, but I haven't experienced many. Chang Mai is okay. Although, everyone has their own take on this argument. Bali becomes cheaper when you locate, eat and drink a little inland from the beach. Sanur is the quieter and more relaxed area. Both destinations can be as comfortable as you want to make them. Bali has the convenience of everything being closer and riding a motorbike makes then accessible. It really comes down to what floats your boat. The people and culture in Bali is the big winner for me.

What about online through Lavazza or whatever it's called, like our Temu or Ali Express, they sell everything you could possibly need.

Beautiful part of New South Wales. I lived in Tuncurry in 1964 & 1965 - we managed the old VJ Cafe on Manning Street near the bridge. The land is now occupied by the MIRAGE apartments. I went back for a visit in 2015. Thanks for the memories. 🐬🐬
