Hi, we bought it on Amazon. It is called "3D Sphere Silicone Mold". The exact size of one sphere is 2.4 x 2.2 Inch.

@@georgiagoudelock6682 Yes, you're right, we used 2 different molds. The second one does not have dimension specs, but we measured the volume of one ball - 20ml. Hopefully it helps, and good luck with your final exam!

Yes, you can, just make sure the jam is syrupy, and if there are any seeds - sieve it!

Yes, whip the cream until soft peaks form and then add it to the blueberry puree/jam

Hello! Eggs can be replaced with: - mashed potatoes without adding the butter - rice (well cooked) - quick oats - grated cheese - semolina - potato or corn - starch - flour (any kind ) -mascarpone or cream cheese

Hello, thank you for your comment! There are two recipes down in the description - a general recipe and a keto-adaptation of the recipe. We used the term “vegetable oil” to refer to any oil that comes from plants. There is a great variety of vegetable oils which anyone can choose whatever suits them best.
