This is a super delicious combination of brussels sprouts and minced chicken with cheese baked in the oven. Yummy, healthy and keto-friendly.
Ingredients
brussels sprouts- 400 g
minced chicken - 400 g
onion - 1
butter for roasting
sour cream - 250 g
shredded cheese - 100 g
pepper
turmeric
salt
dill
Bake for 15 minutes at 220 C.
In case brussels sprouts are large - increase baking time a bit or cover with a lid or foil.
