First, this video really blessed me and led me to write a detailed action plan with some concrete steps I will be taking over the next two weeks to begin leveling up even more. Finance people are cogs in a wheel that earn a lot but are taxed also their network isnt that great compared to Politicians and Diplomats

Real estate is old school. Fine when you are wealthy - over $10m but is best voncemtrate in business and investing in other assets. Stockmarket is far easier. Real estate include maintenance, etc

We bought a house in a highly desirable neighborhood in 2016. It needed new windows, new roof, new ac units, resurfacing of the pool, new lawn, and many other updates. The house was a rental and the owner did not keep it up. It was $625k, and we bought it for $550K and the seller gave us $7k at closing. We remodled the house over the years. We sold it two weeks ago for $1.25M. We are using the money from the sale to build a new house in the country so that we can retire with no mortgage. I definitely would like to find more real-estate that could give me that kind of return again.

Parents set the standard. I’m absolutely shocked at the amount of parents who set such low standards for their children’s education. Smart, thoughtful people who get it so spectacularly wrong when it comes to raising their children. And they’re out here thinking everyone else is just stumbling in the dark too, thinking it’s normal to have accidental children, normal to have them by bad partners, normal to have no plan as to how you want them to turn out, normal not to push them to be great, normal not to have family ambition. Intelligent, introspective people with absolutely no plan for their name’s legacy. Meanwhile, there’s a cleaner out there doing everything they possibly can to make sure their children live a life of tremendous opportunity. I speak as a husband and father when I say failing your children is outright criminal.

Cultures are different and if this is a bother for her she needs to bounce. You’re not married and you don’t need to tolerate this. You also don’t need to nag him for taking care of his responsibilities. There are plenty of other men who don’t have to take care of any family.

Hopefully, the Nannies are treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve.
