At 12:45 i.e (-7)+(-5) ... They both cover under the range of 4 bit i.e (-8 to 7) But answer come wrong in 4 bit.. Can u explain me the reason Why this happened?? Answer is correct in 5 bit But they also cover the range of 4 bit Why the answer is not correct in 4 bit ??
