The ingredients in McDonald's in Ireland is dramatically different than the McDonald's here in the States. Most of our food here is poison that leads to metabolic disorders.

20 sets for a muscle per week. I do ppl split..pp split. 5 days a week. After 10 sets my back is cooked. Doing another 10 sets would be overkill. Junk volume. I train legs once a week. All other muscles twice a week.

I would respectfully suggest stop worrying about "proving" you are drug free. All the numbers you are doing are regularly done by drug free athletes and yes, I have witnessed these in person literally hundreds of times over 40 years in the sport. Your 180kg bench is by far your most impressive lift, but again, it has been done many times by natural lifters in lots of weight classes. IF your main concern is for everyone, as in, every....single....person...on the planet knowing your "natural status" then your main concern is a lot of wasted effort because there will always be some ignorant moron who thinks you're taking PEDs no matter what you do to "prove your natural status". Intead, why not just lift and enjoy the experience of the sport. Powerlifting is a very welcoming community with many of us having spent decades on the platform. You might even find out that those athletes who compete in the non-tested division are even more supportive of your efforts than the "drug free" crowd. Seriously, those who use PEDs couldn't care less about what you take or don't take. All they care about is people getting strong and putting up their best totals. As a side note and no disrespect intended: basing your training on an "estimated max" will get you through your first meet, but it is an extremely poor way to build a long term program. Good luck.
