I agree with you: it’s worth it if you’re a student or use the Apple Pencil heavily but not if you use the iPad for media consumption. My only thing about their screen protector is that is just ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT feel like paper. It’s as close as you’ll get to that feeling while using a tablet but it does not feel anything like writing on real paper. I’ve been using paper like since 2021, in my last years of college, with their different version changes over the years. I hate when people say “it feels just like paper”, no it does not, you’re lying 😂

I can remember those times. I was at highschool during that time. It was just when people were showing up with the 3th gen ipod touch. People were hyped about it. And then apple released the 4th gen. That was when i bought myself a ipod touch. And after all those years i still have it. And it still works fine. The fun part is that i never put it back to factory settings. So with the ipod i have all the apps still installed. Even with Spotify still working and playing music. Nice Video ! Greetings from the Netherlands

One big reason for me that the iPod was so huge is that back then iPhone was at&t only. Growing up we had sprint so this was the closest thing to having an iPhone.

Couldn't afford an iPhone, so I got an iPod 3rd generation with camera. Had that from 2011-2013 and finally got a phone after that year. I was really jealous of people who got the iPhone 5S cause Touch ID, but sadly I got a $30 android cause iPhones were still expensive for me. Still have the iPod to this day. Great device & wish I did take more pictures on it, but unlike you. I used a KZbin converter to get my music downloaded onto it & sometimes I'd even use the "voice recorder" and leave my iPod touch on the pc desk while I do something else & have music playing. Yeah, gotta love those times!

It was the first time we ever had 'console-quality' games on a small thing that wasn't a dedicated games console like a PSP. I mostly wanted one for the interface. I had a Nokia at the time that would bitchslap the iPhone when it came to capability but it didn't *feel* the same. I was in high school from 2005 to 2010, so we started with the conventional iPods and even the off-brand capsule-shaped MP3 Players. These came along and were about £50 more than the normal iPods but it was 'basically an iPhone', felt like the future and that was enough.
