Creepy and cool! I found an explanation on Reddit that basically said the center part got miscoded as an outer rim part so instead of flower petals it's growing leaves. Weird stuff.

Hello Diana! I am here catching up. I love the new backyard and so glad the paw girls have a pool. How do you feel about the see through fence with the neighboors? Cocoa and Azul will go bananas bothering the neighboors. Sunflowers would look amazing all around to built some privacy (not my idea- saw it on Pinterest). Love hanging out with this morning. Hahahaha those darn dogs! They are actually pretty good now, more nosey which is creepy. They just stand there and stare at the neighbors. 🙄 I don’t mind the chain link fence, all the neighbours are nice and the privacy has all grown in pretty well. Hola Diana! OMG I love it. I love the way it's design and the stones you used to build the raised beds (steps) and the shape of it!. Was it always like that or you put that together. Hello lovely! The beds were already there. When we moved in there were a few shrubs that I transplanted to the back. Then it stayed empty. It’s taken about a month to finish it 😐 Time constraints 🤷🏻♀️ Thank you so much for being here Amiga 🌻♥️🤗

@@Ontariogardenlady I'm on the struggle bus currently. Daisy girl had to have surgery Tuesday. A small mass removal but the vet is leaning towards the mass being cancer. Should get results soon 🙏🏼

A lot of progress! Definitely do the hardscaping first. If those hydrangea are limelight, they are going to get much much bigger, easily 6-8 feet tall and wide.

Hi Jay!! Great seeing you. Hope your summering is going well 🌻 Those are phantom hydrangeas and I believe they get about that height. Just adding another layer of privacy. That hedge is always a worry for me that they will cut it right back and then I’ve got nothing😐 lol.

What zone are you in and please tell what was the low growing gold plant on other side of eastern pine Those 2 planted with the juniper chip was a nice combo

Hi Dorothy:) I am in zone 5b Greater Toronto Area. The low growing plant is creeping Jenny (goldilocks) I like that combo too and the creeping Jenny stays all year so even after snow melt there will be colour to enjoy early spring. Thanks so much for stopping in and happy gardening 🌻

I use cypress mulch now. Used to use cedar mulch but could no longer find it in my area. Your garden looks lovely!

I love the mix of greens - I've got that going in a corner garden too. Also, your garden has grown so much and is looking so good! You must have worked hard on it to get that much progress so quickly.

Hello hello 🤗 It has been a labor of love and every day at lunch I am out there. After work until the sun goes down.🌷Also I fed everything a good dose of blood-meal, that seemed to help. What was left at least after Georgia and Charlotte ate it all up!!! Buggers. Hope you are having a great start to your week 🌷

No thats crap air plus roots is good as they dont have to send oxygen down to keep them alive but dont till your soil regularly as that is bad

I’m interested to see the trees. But don’t go too crazy adding more. It will be a jungle once everything is full grown. My grandma kept adding stuff before we moved in and now everything is full grown, it’s so hard to manage. Plants blocking access to other plants and being able to get too all the weeds, all the hours of work

Your garden is looking amazing! You justify your plant purchase any way you like 😊 life is short and look at the amount of happiness is will continue to bring you. That's worth any price. I start saving in the fall. I haveca garden fund. I tuck away a little each month so I can do what I want in my flower gardens in the spring. When the budget is gone I stop and start again the next fall. Enjoy your videos. Happy gardening ❤

Thank you for answering if you have the time…. I’m kinda new at gardening. You mention time and again how you move plants around in your garden if they don’t seem to like their spot. I’m scared to move the larger ones after planting. How do you do that successfully?

Hi! Thanks so much for stopping in 🌷When it comes to moving things around I’ve learned to accept that the plant will likely start looking sad before it looks better! Haha. I usually water the plant very deeply before I move it. Once planted, I give it another good soak:) However… I have a video coming up I just did a big transplant and so far it is a fail 😳🤗😂🤦🏻♀️ . I will admit that I won’t be broken hearted if something doesn’t survive a transplant. But I would be mindful to move favourites early morning or late evening. I hope that helps!
