SOWING more SEEDS | PLANTING MY PRIVACY TREES | Beginner Gardening
Join me for another afternoon in my backyard frolicing around with plants and trees. Today I am planting Eastern White Pines and a Magnolia Tree.
Along with re-sowing seeds again. Esh!

Hey beautiful friend! I'm really loving seeing the garden come together. I don't have a garden or a green thumb but I really love seeing others. 💚🌷🌻

Thank you lovely! Thank you for watching me fumble about ☺️ You could make an absolutely beautiful desert garden. What a dream that would be! 🌵

I think painting the wood fence slate will make everything pop and look really great.

Hi Alicia! Thank you for the suggestion 🥰 We have talked about it and want to. However we are not sure if we want to paint it an actual colour or stain it. If you have suggestions we are open to them!! Thank you for watching 🌼

I have seen gardeners dig huge holes, amend the soil when planting, but now a new school of thoughts say do not dig too big of a hole or amend soil, otherwise roots won't try to grow into the native soil! Who knows!

haha! I really did struggle with WANTING to make it bigger and actually doing it. I guess time will tell if my little babies will grow. I will say it does make sense to have the hole huge and give it that space, but it has to stretch anyway through the earth. So.......... lol. Oh the joys of learning. 💜

3:31 That is very close to the fence, the roots and treetop will probably grow over to the other side, unless the tree doesn't grow very tall

Hi Mar! You are definitely correct! But I’m hoping to keep the tree on the smaller side by pruning it periodically. I just need it to grow higher than the fence already! I hate the waiting part! Hope you had a great weekend 🫶🏻
