I only saw a video of the demo of this R-Hex robot. I don’t think I’ve ever knew that the robot made it to SolidCon SF, at Fort Mason San Francisco.

That looks fun! I’ve done the Sydney to Honolulu repositioning before and booked for the next one. It got way rockier than this. The pool deck chairs were tied down and the top deck was shut, as well as the lifeboat deck. When I took a peak from my balcony, I could feel the sea spray on me from the highest level of balcony staterooms. It was the most unpleasant and painful experience. At least it only lasted a few hours! 😅

I voted for Reagan in 1980 thinking he would get our hostages in Iran released. What I, and everyone else- well, nearly everyone- didn't know was that Reagan's team was secretly negotiating to keep the hostages captive until after the election. Bill Casey and George HW Bush were in charge of that.

I live in the SF Bay Area, so I was able to see her several times as a child and as an adult. Sea otters are my fav animal because of her! I would always dash to the otter exhibit to see her, even as an adult 😅 Im so glad i got to see queen Rosa one last time a few months before she crossed the rainbow bridge(rainbow sea?). Hope shes enjoying an unlimited supply of urchins and crustaceans 🦦

Thanks, yeah that big 777 wing does block a lot of the view of the ground. I prefer sitting forward of the wing but can't always get those seats.

I grew up with the Key Bridge. It was always there. This video was the first time that I saw that the bridge was gone. So what if it was redundant to you.
