This will be my third drawer organization for my beverage station and I must say I love the idea of separating the tea and coffee, I think I finally have the blueprint of my tea drawer that I will love. YES, please share the coffee drawer and where you purchased the special sugars. I love the idea of elevating my tea time.

I do absolutely love your recipe, so thank you for posting! I just thought I'd add my own idea in case anyone would like to try it. I prep my sweet potatoes the same, as in how you cut them up. What i then do is add olive oil, a little chilli powder, smoked paprika an grate a couple of cloves of garlic. I put my cut up sweet potatoes into an old ice cream tub (cleaned out obviously) I then add my oil, chilli, garlic and paprika to the potatoes. Pop the lid onto the ice cream tub and give them a really good shake and mix until all the potatoes are completely coated. This really worked for me as i didn't have to get my hands and fingers all greasy and coated in oil 😉 Then once they are coated pop onto a baking tray and wait for your delicious sweet potatoes to cook. Im really not sure about cooking temperatures and times so im kinda guessing here. The last time i cooked this delicious snack i cooked them on gas mark 5 for approximately 30-40 minutes but kept checking every 15 minutes to make sure i didnt cremate them 🤣 If you'd like to let me know if you've tried this method I'd love to hear from you!!! I am so into vintage items and have started a wonderful collection of things that will be a part of that space.
