@pushkarmahajan59704 күн бұрын
Focus on final year subjects for now. Do they so well that you don’t need to revise them very thoroughly next year. Focus on textbooks rather than any foreign notes at this point.

As a government college passed out the only thing people of medicine do here is to get a rid of patients. Halat toh itni kharab hai ke BSL strips bhi nahi hote doctors ke pass . Things in surgical branches are better compared to this .

Crowd management yes very aptly said. I dont understand why people are obsessed with patient load. Admitting 25 patients per duty day is more than enough to learn medicine. In the college where i did internship around 50-60 admissions occur every week. Most of the efforts are spent on discharging or sending patient DAMA. Actual patient management suffers. Even an interesting case like cushings was not worked up properly, yes the residents are brilliant here but whats the point with soo much of effort going in managing crowd. To study medicine private colleges like Manipal are best if you can afford them.
@pushkarmahajan59702 ай бұрын
It’s really good that you’ve also understood this vicious cycle.
@Hawk56811 күн бұрын
KMC Manipal maybe better but KMC Mangalore is certainly not.😂 They also have the same problem regarding crowd management & want to admit atleast 50 patients in the ward every week. Internship in Medicine is trash here.

Yes, if you do them thoroughly, smartly and honestly with a lot of mcq practice, it is easily possible get a rank below 1k

Marrow alone is also sufficient, but doing BTR on the last minute may help you revise stuff that you may have missed to mark as important for your last minute revision.

@pushkarmahajan59703 ай бұрын
Yeah that’s fine, first finish all of the remaining subjects, do medicine at last and then just keep practicing and learning from medicine pyqs/mcqs

Atleast 2-3 months before exam full dedicated time should be given to neet prep

Sir I'm post intern.. Just completed internship in march end... During internship i have managed to studied 9-10 subject well with similar approach like u mentioned ( revision notes + pyqs of both neet nd ini annotations in notes ) but now it sims like doing pyqs of ini takes bit more time with regard to time remaining for this june24 neet , so if someone targeting rank within 9k for this neet... Is the only neet based pyqs/pyts + RR notes for remaining subject is enough or not!?
@pushkarmahajan59703 ай бұрын
Yes it should be okay, but it’s better if you practice some questions apart from pyqs based on the pyts, if that makes sense to you…
