Oh, so helpful! I was so sick this weekend and ended up in the er . So I've been weak and needing to get my condo rented. Up and down ladders, painting. So exhausted and nearly hired someone, but its so close. Tonight, I just came home in tears and told Lou I'll try again tomorrow. He called a friend and off they went to get more paint, brushes, etc and are going to finish it tonight. I didn't have/make time to make a list, but at least I verbalized it and they stepped in. Thank God, and thank you! Now to a shower and bed! 😊

Ugh! I would love to take your class but will be in Disney World on those three days. However, everything your saying in resonating so much. I call my problem “death row” eating! Saying that you can eat that anytime has really given me a lightbulb moment. I’ve listened to all your videos and pure inspiration! I’ll be able to go to Disney without gaining weight!
