That recipe looks so good. I'll be trying it today. Never added rosemary before. I love rosemary. BTW it's pronounced wooster sauce after the city in England called Worcester (also pronounced Wooster)

What casings did you use for this droewors, and where is the link to your traditional recipe please? I've scrolled through the comments but cannot find it. We have been using sheep casings...much more fiddly to work with but the wors snaps beautifully, and is less chewy than hog.

Welcome to Canada! We moved from SA too, to Alberta, Sylvan Lake to be precise! We started watching your videos some time ago on how to build a biltong box! Now im sitting right next to it, making some fresh biltong! Next up is to make our own boerewors and droëwors for the first time! Shout if we can help with anything!

Myself and my now sadly deceased wife used to love your channel, we never missed one. Sadly Eileen passed right at the time you immigrated, so she hasn't seen what I think has become a sad version of what your channel once was. I do however applaud you as moving overseas is a nightmare, done it myself, but sadly ended up back where I started. So I am encouraging you to not end up where you left off but be better! Please don"t stop working on what we believed was a great channel

Hi Sean, first of all my condolences to you and your family. It has definitely not been the easiest transition for us. We have also lost loved ones in the process and could not be there for the most difficult times. No excuses but my intention is to carry on with the channel as this is my passion. Your message has touched me and I will definitely make a huge effort to bring contant to you guys and get to a more regular stage. We have finally moved into our own place and can now make content easier than before. I appreciate guys like yourself and James that commented too. Its guys like you reminding me why I started the channel. It has been a very tough ride thus far and my off time has been so limited but I will make sure the next video drops in the next 3 weeks and will try my best that you do not wait too long for the next one. Hang in there please for a little while longer. Have an awesome weekend and I might just do a shout out on the following video as this one was shot already. Stay safe guys!!!
