This vid is accurate. These things get so wet if you have sweaty feet you definitely need a wood burning stove with fan to get them dry for day 2 😂

You must have a super low instep in order to be able to do it THAT easily!

I wish we knew more about the ankle bone issue. My first thinking was that adding cork was the wrong way to go and that punching out the shell would have been a much better solution. However, fixing the heal lift would be the first problem to address, perhaps the ankle might be sorted out to some degree with the heal lift fixed.

What model of ZipFit liner does Giray Dadali ride? I'm looking for an extremely aggressive and stiff setup, maximal heel and ankle hold, and a liner that takes up volume in a 98mm last boot. I currently ride Daleboot Gambits and Head Formula 130 RS LV boots. Would very much appreciate some guidance. Thanks 🙏

I’m so happy with my Gara HV liners I love them so much what a game changer I do want the plunger and cork tubes for slight heel lift in my left boot! while the fit is significantly better along with the comfort I want to know when cork will be available again

The Fischer is a nice looking liner. What’s with all the colors on the zip fit liners? I’ve always felt it was a mish mosh of colors that don’t go with each other and don’t match up well with the color of most ski boot shells.

How do you like these boots compared to the Cochise 130’s I saw you had in an earlier video?

Quesion: for the Fischer RC4 Pros, is it still the best practices to put on the liner first then get into the shell all together, or is it okay to leave the liner in and put on the boot like other regular boots?

Can I use the Corsa lace kit on my Gara LVs? The laces aren't great, I agree - and the locking mechanism is particularly not fantastic (it works, but is fiddly to get tight and locked) - if these laces are better, can I just retrofit a Corsa lace kit from the online store to my garas and get the better lacing experience you talk about here? :)

Zipfit liners - best invest in ski equipment I ever made. It took a bit of doing to find the right shell because my calves are larger than average and low set. My Zipfit low volume Gara liners took up too much space in a Solomon s/Pro 130 as well as a. Nordica Speedmachine 120. I couldn’t get the upper boot bucked with the Zipfits. I pulled out a 4yr old pair of Atomic Hawx Prime 120s. The Gara LV liners work very well in those and after two days of skiing in them they’re easily the most comfortable setup I’ve used that’s also high-performance. Great heel retention and very responsive.

Is there a max width for the footbeds on any of these liners? My custom footbed pushes on the sides of the liner.

Does Freeride work with a foot around 103 last? My footbed from my current liner is larger than some

I have a Gara HV to take up space as I have skinny ankes. Love the fit. But they seem to have stiffened my boot significantly. Any thoughts on flex increase estimate with the Gara HV wrapped completely around the foot? Any suggestions on how to reduce stiffness (not using the strap, etc.)?

I love my ZipFit (Leather Sidewinder Freerider) But, in my properly fit Head Raptor 140 WCR is still need more OMF cork for the tongue even I have added one tube each (skinny tibias and achilles). What about using spoilers with Freeride SW? Will it work?

What stops the cork pushing out thru the ports whilst under pressure from the feet & skiing?

The GFT is described as low volume. If you add more cork to the ankles, will it transform to fit a mid volume shell?

I had the ''original'' zipfit in the late 70's Nordica Tempest, loved it, one of the all time best fitting boots I eve had. I skied that boot so hard for so long it fell apart. My next Nordica GP's I put in zipfit (in the 90's) and could never get them right, go figure, I understand zipfit are very boot volume sensitive.

He slips that liner in the shell SO easily. I am struggling to get the liner into the shell with my foot in the liner. GFT in Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro. Suggestions?

Thanks for doing this video Jeff. I am very intrigued in getting a zip fit. I did the recommendation on the website, however would go to a true fitter for it because I have a difference of almost 1/2 a size between my right and left. Have had surgeries on both and now not just heat molding doesn't take care of everything. Intuition is great, however you can't add like with the cork. Currently my left is great with just heat molding of liner and shell and now my right has the heat molding, j bars, and duct tape to fill up space. Granted they work and feel great but once they pack out, I will just keep adding to them. Zipfit may be my answer? And huge calves doesn't help either. Both of these liners are my recommended liner on the website but the free ride seems to be a better fit for me as I'm just a recreational skier.

Awesome video. Just got my Freeride's and going to be using them on Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro.

I preferred the Intuition wraps as I hated all the Velcro and laces and lace eyelets in the chin area.
