This is a really great how to. I have been wondering how it was done. Question for you. Does pressing the lines really work? I was thinking that the foam would eventually "grow back" if you know what I am saying. So when you press the lines, they stay pressed in?
@DanDModels2 сағат бұрын
Yes, they stay pressed in. I have some interiors I did 5 years ago that look the same as when I did them. The silly winks foam from hobby lobby works great for this. I find other brands are stiffer and do not seam to hold shape or (pressed lines) as good. Thanks 👍

If you like the colors, use them. Haha It's why I showed how to mix them. I would not consider it copying the colors, but more like being inspired by the colors. Thanks 👍

Stunning paint job Dan! What ratio do You mix the Candy2O with the 4050?
@DanDModelsАй бұрын
I mostly go with what the createx site recommends. "Generally, the mix ratio is about an even 1:1 mix of 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear and candy2o for use with an airbrush, and much more for a spray gun, generally 4050 6:1 candy2o or 4050 8:1 candy2o for stronger colors such as 4661 Emerald Green and 4665 Brandywine." + the 10% 4011 for reducer. Thanks 👍
