This is how I join ends also and I love it. Another benefit to this method is that if you need to frog your work, you don’t have all those woven ends to fight. Tfs

August 26, 2024: Thank you for the best overview of tying the knots. I have come back to crocheting this past month and finally got my ends straight but changing colors at the end is a struggle till viewing your insturctions. I had long tails to weave in for fear of it not staying in place. Your work is so clean. I know practice I will get there with your expertise. This is now a part of my go to. Thank you for sharing your talents in both instructions and how you have your camera.

Hi, well to Knot two colors together in a piece that you are crochet or Knit is Not a realy good way, sorry and this Not in Special is Not realy save enough👎. Because i have practis it in a beautiful fair Iles Sweater and half way for the end of the Sweater right in the middle of it a damend Knot like this has loos and i had a big hole. I have must the Sweater All to the hole unstitch and that was Not funny believe me in Special with fair Iles. So yes it is many work sometimes to sew All in the end BUT it is SAVE and nothing will demage Your Project. 😉😉 LG lally

I have been using this method for years and never had one fall apart. If you tie it tight enough and dont cut too close to the actual knot, it works. Sorry you had an issue.

This Knot isnt save enough, you will Remember my words when something Happend an issue on a Project that you have mayby work many many times in the way like mine. @@Esther-pg6ck I’ve personally never had one come undone but I try not to cut so close to the knot. I’ve had some suggest a dab of fabric glue to help reinforce the knot. Thanks for watching! 🤗
