Yes because when I get to the hard part, I slow down a bit naturally. The metronome feels like it's gotten faster because I'm used to the speed becoming slower

Nothing wrong with tabs. I only play in tabs. Before you call me a non musican I can play 7 instruments. Not all of them to an amazing girl level but I'm only 16. They are Euphonium (main), trombone, cornet, recorder, vocals, guitar, and piano.

This one specifically I learned from my guitar teacher when I was young. Pumping Nylon by Scott Tennant is the classical guitar technique Bible if you’re looking for exercises.
