Can you cover length limits for car hauling? How does Valentine have a 4 car hauler which I think is 47 feet and a regular truck, get around the length limit? I understand with your truck, with no bed is a tractor so that works, but I thought with a regular truck limit is 65 ft? thanks

You also got to check for wear where the bearings sit. On the bottom of the spindle. If there much wear - Axle Doctor can weld new spindle ends in-situ.

I tried to remove those 10 mm bolts and they sheared right off. What a nightmare I had to remove the entire unit down out of the truck to drill the bolts out and retap the holes now I'm waiting for gaskets to put the unit back together the one large flange gasket and the injector gasket which is made out of lead mind broken half when I removed the injector but you were a 100% right I did have crystals clogging my injector. Now I just have to Reassemble it after I get the gaskets and after I recover from this horrendous job I feel like this thing kicked my butt... I wish mine came apart like yours.

The best thing to do is to purchase a new DEF injector from the dealer, they do not need to be cleaned out that often. If the injector gets clogged the dealer replaces it at no cost. Alot of people purchase those cheap injectors from Amazon and I've done many videos showing how people are now selling knock off parts. I have over 520,000k miles on my truck and have only replaced the DEF injector 3x's the 2nd time was because of a defective one and the dealer swapped it out last year, haven't had anymore issues since. These things don't last forever, but good quality parts will definitely make the work less frequent. I know the dealer can be pricey, but it's a risk buying cheap parts these days.

The dreaded dealer, paid them $750 for a tensor pulley $175 fan belt, transport rates stay the same, crazy crazy !!!!

You should replace all the poly lock nuts along with the u bolts. The poly lock nuts reused without Loctite can loosen.
