God bless you and your family hope you had a blessed thanksgiving. Did the job force you to retire or can you still fulfill your duties?

this is a priceless video after having seen you crossing the hard time of the surgery and the post-surgery. Be sure that you didn't do all those videos for nothing. As I will soon need the same surgery, it helps to see what it'll be according to some other experience.👌

Thank you. Life is short and we need to enjoy everything. I'm sorry you're going through this as well but you'll get past the hardest part soon. Stay positive. Time is the one thing that we can't get back. I'm here for you if you have any questions or concerns.

hi...I can't believe that 4 months after the surgery, you still feel pain in the chest and you still can't sleep as you want. 😯😱

I agree. The moving and activities are good but probably create growing / healing pains. Currently I'm working on strength. That's a slow road also but remember for yourself as well don't rush it.

hi and thank you for the videos along your recovering...good idea ;-) How long was the pain due to the sternotomy and how bad was it on a scale from 0 to 10 ? Many having this kind of surgery say that they hear their heartbeat inside for some days or weeks after the surgery. Was it the case for you too?

Hi, was the nurse assigned to you by Kaiser? Or did you set it up yourself?

So after my surgery when I was home Kaiser organized a home nurse to visit once a week for 2 months. It was a very nice.

Sorry to hear but being lean in weight is not necessary a negative. Walking so far is what has been recommended to me as well. It will get better. How big was the aneurysm? Just listen to what is recommended, eat healthy and don't overwork yourself.
