As for the job market, yes, it's getting tougher everywhere including in the US given the moribund economic situation but it's worse in Germany. That country is disindustrializing (e.g. VW, Bosch, etc. closing and moving plants abroard). So, more and more people are out of work.

Best point is #3: Tech skills is over-rated. Talking and BSing skills are more useful for climbing the ladder.

Hi, I’ve completed a data analysis course with a company called Entry Level. Could you provide a list of companies that hire entry-level data analysts? Additionally, is the Google Data Analytics course on Coursera worth pursuing? I’ve heard it’s industry-certified and could improve job prospects-would it make a significant difference in my career?

I got my certification as data scientist yesterday 🎉 I am in that phase of doing projects and building a portfolio. I would prefer to start in small or mid size companies (I dislike the elbowing of big companies) BUT I believe that in smaller companies you have to know/do more. My plan is to learn MLops next year. Hey Samson, quick question: I was trying to replied your web scrapping of LinkedIn and analysis of DS jobs. But LinkedIn block webscrapping. I was wondering how did you get the data!

1. How often do you have to present to stakeholders like once a week and is it usually in office like a teacher would present on the projector standing or remote? 2. is the majority of EDA and data analysis done in python or excel? What use of excel do you have? 3. Is learning domain knoweldge beforehand helpful or soemthing you should just puckup on job? 3m
@samson_afolabiАй бұрын
1. How often? Depends largely. And its definitely not like a student to a teacher..LOl 2. Python or maybe Tableau 3. Either way works. Before is preferable though.

Hello Samson Sir, I am buying 36 gb ram m4 max 14 inches laptop thinking it will be enough for data science, machine learning and AI for upto 5 years. Is this laptop good to go or should invest for 128 gb ram m4 max configuration for above or should I use cloud for higher computation? Will spending on cloud would be good or spending on the configuration upgrade sir? We would be happy if you could give the response as soon as possible sir.
