I don't know that I would call it not playable, it's definitely playable. However, some of the notation is wrong, and there's a lot more that could be added. But if you're a by ear player and got perfect pitch, it's enough to get you started. For me, I haven't had a whole lot of exposure to F# minor and was having difficulties figuring that part out just listening to the theme. So I actually consider it a help.
