Thanks for this. This was helpful! And I like your video editing style. Your sense of humor made me smile. P.S Coffee from Dunkin Donuts is much more delicious.

I got everything you vot in your Mixam sample pack PLUS a comic book. It was really great and led me to print my comics and magazines with them

The question becomes liability…if you read an unfinished work are you liable if listeners give advice for your book. Are they then owed royalties when your book is published?
@tashaimpressions Жыл бұрын
That's very interesting. I am an unpublished writer. I have written some new things more recently..Not shared anything on you tube. I also do impressions..I'm wondering if I can combine the two?

This is great advice. We have a community show and we showcase a lot of indie authors and support their work! We go live on YT every week!

Hopefully he sold this idea before it got stolen. Its a perfect app in my eyes, but with a bigger budget and a CM I would choose it as my main app anytime

Hey Writers. I have a new, super helpful, no non-sense podcast that just launched. It's all about how to start and write a fiction or non-fiction based story podcast. Search for: Write for Audio on Apple Podcasts or Spotify and lets talking storytelling through the audo medium. WRITE for AUDIO on Apple podcasts or Spotify.

Thanks for posting this. I'm not even a minute in, and, since you're not a "big time" KZbinr, I'm actually surprised and impressed by your video production quality. Good to see folks take pride in themselves and their businesses. Thanks again.

So if I was someone doing a one-off project, with no plans on selling my work, it sounds like Ka-Blam or Mixam are my best bets?

What would you use for cheaper purchase & also not buying in bulk at all? Like 5-10 cheapest yet still durable print quality for magazines that I would create myself as for content

Hi, I'm an author/ghostwriter and would like to know if you would be interested in featuring myself and another author into a spotlighted segment so we can share our newly released work on your platform?

Been using Ka-Blam for better part of a decade, but due to recent price increases I started looking at Mixam. PrintNinja quality is great, but it's only at "scale" compared to Mixam/Kablam which offer runs as low as 1/ea (at a higher cost of course) This video is an awesome reference, thanks!

GET TO THE POINT! " Rocket ship, ship thing like a, rocket ship, ike this old rv like a silver, what do you call it ship stream star stream, shiny, like rocket ship screen, slip screen " and let me record one more... " OMG.. Why do I have to listen to your "creativity..." You are SO annoying! I leaned NOTHING about the app!

I'm a voice actor who also writes fantasy fiction. As I write, I go back and read it as an audiobook narrator through my mic. When I do that, I find my flaws, and hear how it flows in my own ears. I've rewritten many scenes after doing that.

This is a great idea! I never knew fictional podcasts existed until last night. I'm definitely making some changes to my current podcast. I have a poetry podcast (wokewordsforthesoul) being both a poet and writer, I always wanted to write a novel. Like you, I'm an anxious person and the faster feedback of what podcasts provide is gold. How do you incorporate sounds and music into your storytelling to make it good? What would you recommend?

Wouldn't the $5 print sample from Print Ninja be more comparable to the other two options? Just to make it more fair.

I prefer to use Mixam. I am in the US and they will print your comics here and ship to you. Much faster than print Ninja. It’s easy to order 11x17 art prints from Mixam as well.

What is an offset printer?
@mattellis84 жыл бұрын
Offset printing is printing a lot of copies at the same time, like hundreds or thousands. Because they print so many at once, the cost per unit goes down. The opposite is Print on Demand. Print on Demand printers like Ka-blam are good if you need less than a hundred, but if you print more than a hundred, it becomes expensive because the cost per unit is high.

I’ll do one. I did my own audio reading of the first chapter of my first book and enjoyed making the ‘small’ video... turned out to be 52 minutes. Lol But I want to do more and read other books I am working on... so yeah. Lol
