Fantastic recipe. I make salves and lotions that are very similar, but haven’t tried making a lotion bar. I like your double boiler set up. Do you use only the flower petals of the calendula or the whole flower? I recently read somewhere (do I remember where? No) that the receptacle - I think that’s what the bulgy part of the flower to which the petals are attached is called - holds a lot of beneficial power as well. Do you or does anyone else know if that’s true? I like to add fresh bay leaves to my calendula oil. It seems to brighten the scent and feel of the oil. Thank you for this video!

I love this- and the female cardinal carries different significance for me. To me she talks about yin energy- softer more quieter energy. Understated . I do see the yin and yang energy expressed between the male and female cardinal just in their coloring. Both red but one much softer and one much more bright
