. Eric's playing is so good here...He's had so many styles and looks like Bowie.

Tommy is a beast. Master of the double-bass. I think I was about 14 or 15 and saw one of my first concerts, Black Oak Arkansas. It was a great show but even as a young teen all I could think of was, "who in the hell is that drummer!". Every so often I would see a stick fly up in the air and come back down and sweat flying. For days afterward I couldn't get out of my mind how great the drummer was. I would find out years later it was Tommy!

4 to the floor, straight hard rock beat from Collins, practically gave the song a new feel, this is why Phil Collins is in my top 5 drummers of all time 😎

Love it! Could this be Whitesnake's best lineup ever?

Saw the Coverdale/John Sykes/Neil Murray/Cozy Powell lineup. They were really solid. The early lineups with Jon Lord and Ian Paice were excellent as well, just a different sound.

Paul Young cannot and has never been able to sing. Voice has always sounded choked and strangulated. Should have gone to a vocal coach to get away from that throat sound.

This is truly a gobsmacking live version on every level..wow! One can only admit the poor evolution of music in comparison to what it was back then. Night and day,
