Where r the free _patterns?

Hi there so the pattern I printed out has an outer waistband and inner waistband pattern which each say cut 2 for a total of four pieces. You aren’t showing that so a little confused. Written directions are same as this video. Thank you for sharing these!

I have a question about pressure...i have some preprinted DTV designs that I want to apply to a 100% cotton t-shirt...I've used a manual heat press in the past and got the AutoPress to eliminate any quess work! I've been told that since there is no manual adjustment for setting pressure, I should use a "pressing pillow" or silicone mat ?? Do you have experience with this??? (p.s. Happy belated 30th!!! ) Great video and I'm a new subsriber!! THanks in advance for any guidance I also will tell you I tried making a shirt with HTV adhesive and foil. I was disappointed in that the foil didn't completely stick in all the places where the adhesive was. I'm told that pressure should be more...OR use a pillow/pad... Lastly, can I use my Cricut pressing mat as a pillow? Thanks so much!!!
