I’ve been living in my house with this style toilet for 8 years and always HATED my toilet bc I had to push the button so hard and hold forever. Finally I thought to look at KZbin. What a dunce I’ve been. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Problem fixed in 10 seconds!!!!!!!😅

How about the silver ring on the top of tank cover surrounding the flush buttons? The plumbers who initially installed this toilet and recently reset it after a thorough snaking out of the system have not addressed this issue. BTW, thank you for the explanation on how to adjust the rods to insure a proper flush 👍🏻🚽.

I’m not sure why, but the adjustment I need to do is left to right even though the flush mechanism appears to be perfectly centered on the tank and the button centered on the cover, the buttons and rods are about 1cm too far to the left and the only way to align them is to put the cover on a little bit too far to the right. I don’t see any particular way to make a left/right adjustment

Ok, I have the seat off the rods, but the chrome disks will not come off, not even any movement against the rods at all. It's a new bathroom and I'm unwilling to force it.

Mine is also a dual flush but there are NO adjustable pins.All was working perfectly until I replace the bottom seal 3 days ago.

Now it confirms its the actual plugs that needs to be replaced as the rubber seal around the base of the plug is crumbling away... And to get it replaced is $50 each! And I need two of them. Complete bloody joke. Wished I never got the Seima kitchen sink when built our house. Hate the design of these plugs.

This is a great help thank you. Managed to tighten one side but when I started the order the bolt inside fell inside… there’s no way of getting to it.. how do I fix this 😩.. Will the whole toilets need to come off??

Thanks so SO much.. had no idea the caps came off!!!! Was going to pull off cistern to see whether I could get to the underside....so you have saved me from utterly ruining and destroying the the bog!!! :)
