So wait on the 4 exercises, do you do them all together or do you do them one at a time?

The Gap Redrill is a good combination of mental and physical. Knowing the holes and having to react quickly.

So cute, I just rented a place too. There were some things that I really wanted to "upgrade" in the place like walls in my office room and kitchen cabinet/counters. Amazon has SO MANY renter friendly things to upgrade. "Stick and Peel" wallpaper tiles, planks, and wall covers, stuff to cover up floors, like everything. I would definitely recommend if their is anything you want to change in your place.

the best way is to develop a more efficient foot strike thru repeated drilling and practice

I'd go even further. Kids should only two different sports max in between the sports season they get a break from sport/field/court stuff and can do a long block of strength and speed development and GPP stuff. You actually need time away from sport to get faster and stronger..... Also with that three different sports per year model, you wind up being a jack of all trades and master of none.

I have a question my nephew is 11 years old he's a offensive lineman and he's 158 pounds but he's struggling to do 1 pushup. Can you give me any tips on how to fix that please 🙏
@cabtrainingАй бұрын
I would suggest he start to do pushups on his knees at first until those are easy. He can also start bench pressing light weight with dumbbells or a training bar
@Coover902103 ай бұрын
Dear 17 Year Old Me: stop emphasizing bench press and bicep curls. I can vouch for everything you said. In my 50s I am faster (at sprinting, not long distance) than I was in my "peak years". If you get that time machine workng, please go slap young me around!
@cabtrainingАй бұрын
I feel the same way about myself. If I could go back I’d train differently and emphasize different things
