Sir I have policy in reliance Nippon and I want to surrender my policy after 1 premium of 50000 I paid. But they saying that we don't provide you any amount.or if you want to surrender the amount you suppose to do after pay of 2 premium which is also not more then 50 %. So what I do on this.

Niva Bupa does not good options for annual health checkup. If one is eligible for max 10000/-. In App there is no provision to consume 10000/-. They only allow max 1499/- package . This is cheating. Customer must provide package to utilize there max limit. I mean mote tests.

Niva Bupa Health Insurance I am reaching out regarding the rejection of my health insurance claim (Reimbursement Claim ID: 2016626) and cashless reject 2 times claim id 1003271. The claim was denied on the basis that her admission was primarily for "diagnostic purposes"-an assessment that is not only inaccurate but has caused us considerable distress. To clarify, her hospitalisation was essential for active treatment and management, not diagnostics. he was admitted with critical symptoms: high-grade fever, body pain, headpain, joint pain, and stomach swelling &pain. #help

Sir, my claim has been rejected by Niva Bupa stating that the specific diseases/ surgery well be converted only after 24 month of policy issuance. On the other hand I have purchased the policy through Policybazaar well before expiry of existing policy coverage. Can you guide me whether the policy is payable when Insured person is regular in paying premium without break. But the Policybazaar doesn't mentioned that the policy is ported.
