Here's a breakdown of my concerns: Lack of Transparency: There was no mention of this additional fee during the policy purchase process. This unexpected cost makes budgeting for car insurance difficult. Questionable Value: The purpose and justification for a 3800 INR charge for an RC transfer seem unclear. It feels excessive for a seemingly administrative task. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my initial impression of ICICI Lombard. While the initial premium was competitive, these additional charges raise concerns about transparency and value for money.

(Not clearly mentioned in policy wordings) 2. For road ambulance, why is it mentioned "transfer the Insured Person to the nearest Hospital"? will they not pay ambulance charges if a person admitted in a hospital which not nearest to him? 3. Please explain the following point mention in Claim Protector add-on: "Any Sum Insured accrued under Guaranteed Cumulative Bonus/Inflation Protector/Reset benefit will not be available for Claim Protector Cover".
