@CodyWalton how’s the Lasfit - pro series H11 led bulbs holdin up after 3 years?

just did this on my 2023 SR5, I paid $100 to paint match the caps at a local auto body shop. Only thing id go against doing in this video is using those cheap T-taps for the wiring. instead id recommend finding better options to tap the wires on amazon. other then that great vid bro! (for those of you who are curious total for mirrors and paint matching was $260)

Did you ever have any issues with the RXT leaf pack paired with the 5160s bc regardless of the adjustment to the lowest position of the leaf pack, the 5160s aren’t made the have that much lift. I’ve heard mixed things about pairing them.

My 2023 SR5 came with signals in the mirror just replaced the chrome ones with sequential smoked LED’s .

If you stake those hubs out this tent can handle extreme winds no problem.

What wheels/tires are you running now, I have the Icon RXt pack and Bilstein 6112 5160 set up and wanting to do 285/70/17 wild peaks AT3s but not sure if im going to have to much rubbing. currently have 285/55/20's

Just installed the 5160's and thinking about upgrading to the RXT leaf pack. I'm worried about over extending the 5160"s and needing to get limit straps since these leaf springs were designed for the extended travel of the Icon RXT Shocks. 5160's" extend to 24.06" and Icon RXT shocks extend 24.75" leaving about .69" of extra droop that has to hang from the 5160's at full droop. Have you had any issues with this?

I think many people are drawn to RTT’s because of what they see on social media and KZbin with all the overland content, it’s become a must have item to make you look overland ready! Haha. Anyway I just picked up a gazelle tonight the T4 I exchanged my marmot limelight 4p to this. Taking it on its maiden voyage tomorrow for a quick overnighter with a 5 month year old! The only thing that kinda sucks is so I drive a short bed Tacoma and hauling this thing is gonna be interesting 🤔

After 30+ years of ground tents or sleeping in the back of the truck my wife and I were ready for something better so I built a 10 ft. hard shell camper/trailer that I can stand up in with a big counter, nice bed, wood stove and enough ground clearance to go most places my Tacoma will go. We have camped in it over 400 days now in all kinds of weather and some very windy times. I am starting to see a lot of overland trailers with tents and tear drop trailers but it seems no one is building small "standy" trailers like mine. Anyway I think almost any handy person could build one.

I’ve had my T4 since 2019. It’s been bulletproof since then and I have zero complaints (except for the basic stakes). Ok poping the sides out of the gazelle is t showing setup time vs a rooftop tent. I want to see a video where someone pops out the gazelle, stakes it to the ground and all the guy lines, inflates an air mattress, and rolls out a sleeping bag. That's what you have when you open an rtt. Tent fully set up, mattress already inside, and sleeping bag.

I just did the oilstone 5160s and ran into the same issue with removing the old shock. I just grabbed the shaft with a pair of vice grips and then wrenched off the top nut. no grinder wheel required and no damage done to the removed shock

I plan on doing the exact setup for my 2016. How's the ride with the upgrades? Do you wish you feel the Stage 2 on the leaf springs is enough for your tent and gear?
