Thanks for viewing. I would not recommend mixing the instant coffee with the dry ingredients. You want the instant coffee to dissolve in the liquid. It's ok if not all of the coffee dissolves but you do want most of it to.

Thanks for your comment. It is not baked in the turkey. It is baked separately and accompanies the turkey. I prefer not to have it baked in the turkey. You could stuff the turkey with the same recipe. Enjoy.

Thanks for the view, and your comment. These are the nutritional values for the entire recipe. Calories- 3537 Protein - 102 grams Fat - 229 grams Carbs - 334 grams Fiber - 11 grams You can divide these values by the number of bars you cut the recipe into. Hope this helps. Enjoy

Hello Thanks for your comment. Yes, you could make six huge muffins provided you have a big enough muffin tin. Bake it at the same temperature 425 degrees. I would add another 8 minutes to the bake time. Check with a toothpick in the center. Toothpick should come out clean when completely baked. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

Yes you can omit the canned tomatoes and use fresh crushed tomatoes. You would need to peel your tomatoes and chop them up and put In your food processor and crush them up. You would need 2 cups to equal 14 oz
