Because of the international rich and powerful networks which have a tons of money and tons of weapons, mercenaries...it is allready a state of unfair and chaos criminal system... in a peaceful anarchy it maybe would be someing else, but there allways have to be some psychopaths who think they have the right to power and killing like it allways was...

This explains why the US is so afraid of China's ascension. NATO's expansion towards Russia also explains the Ukraine war.

This isn't anarchy. It's a corruption of the term. Larger, more powerful governments attempt to effect their more powerful statuses upon the weaker/smaller. IOW, there is a hierarchy. Anarchy means without hierarchy. Think of the US effecting social instability on various governments and attempting to install puppet governments and that kind of thing. Since when is coercion, anarchy? Larger governments, such as the USA, function, or attempt to function, as the 'international police' or 'centralized body of the monopoly on violence'. That's why, or in part why, you get an arms race. The lack of trust in the face hierarchy-- a power-threat-- is just that, hierarchy, not anarchy. Furthermore, governments of (nation-)States, large or small, operate on various forms of coercion over their populations. IOW, you can't just describe the top of a hierarchy, while ignoring other levels, and then suggest that it's anarchic. It isn't anarchic because there're lower levels and because even if the lower levels were all uncoerced, larger State governments can attempt to control other governments. Alfred Cuzan revisited his old essay with a new one. I have to re-read it, but at first read, it seemed like he was doing some intellectual pretzelling. But his old essay made that same mistake, that governments are in anarchy. They are not just because one wants to ignore how they operate and what makes them a nation-State government.

There are very obvious flaws with the theory, but the explanation of it was good. Contrary to the theory, the the CC group certainly does help the lower groups with things like medicine, technology, etc. that they would not have on their own. In reality, there is no restriction prevnting the poorer groups from helping the other poorer groups, and that is quite often how economic upward mobility occurs. Independence and generosity tends to lead to prosperity for everyone, and despite the ever-present existence of greed, corruption, and exploitations in every economic system, free-market forces, absent authoritarian collusion, trend toward mutual independence and prosperity. Also, contrary to the theory, the rich of the CC over-throw the rich of the lower groups all the time, so new (and often unintended) ruling classes emerge. It's not unusual for lower groups to form social, cultural, religious, or economic alliances, so, again, contrary to the theory, they are not always colluding to keep the current power structures in place. Again, the violence (in any group) is primarily due to authoritarian structures that wield their monopolies of legal violence upon others. Societies of free and voluntary association with little authoritarianism can only afford the cost of war when it's in self-defense. The US uses to be free, then the economy was taken over by the Fed, a federal income tax was instituted (which was always promised to be temporary), which provided unlimited funding for the military industrial complex. The citizens have no choice but to support the war machine in taxes and in selective service, else they face imprisonment or death. It's always the authoritarianism that leads to poverty and death.
