How far of a walk is this property from the beach? Is there a local grocery store nearby?

You will have convenience stores more than small groceries. As for the distance from the beach I guess it depends on the lot selection

Courtney we need more videos on affordable housing solutions because I’m a young person and am trying to acquire a property back home . I’m currently overseas and contributing to the NHT as a self employed contributor but it seems like if you don’t have 30 mil you can’t acquire a home back home .

What on Langston Road? Isnt that a very violent and volatile community and surround? That is why keeping community clean, organised and free of crime is everybodies responsibility, now space is running out in kingston, because this are a is not family friendly nor safe 😢....but people need housing....Lets see if we will change & stop turning a blind eye or even participate in crime and violence....bcoz our children's safety depends on how we behave.....

@RichardJohnson-t2h hi Richard, there are hard working Jamaicans who make this kind of money, additionally our country hosts alot of diplomats, overseas workers etc. Nevertheless to answer your question, majority of these customers are Jamaicans. Let's shift our mindset.

Showing simulated videos of what is already out there wasn’t particularly helpful, the community is coming along nicely and you being there on the ground showing what’s happening, the show home and different areas under construction would have been much more useful and interesting
