I bought an apartment and I recently renovated my kitchen. That being said, as it relates to the kitchen which is nice, for a more contemporary look. The developers could have tiled the backsplash right down to the cupboards instead of using the tile strips. The island in my opinion did not need the high section where the bar stools will be placed. It could have been on the same level as the quartz top around the sink This gives the space a large look lovely apartment nonetheless.

Courtney-Ann, this is not for you, so do not get in your emotions! This is what the WORK CLASSES in Jamaica are talking about in the work places EVERY DAY...these Mega SILENT BIG SPENDERS O/C FOREIGN INVESTORS/LOCAL CONTRACTORS...they team up to "eat a food" off ONLY WEALTHY Jamaicans/foreigners...then the BOTTLE NECK SYNDROME has started...90% of the working populous WILL NEVER be able to own any of these properties, and do not visit NHT for any help, the bank is even worst. We are being ROBBED by a circle of big spenders who are well supported by the banks ( I should know), and the government to focused on ONLY the WEALTHY Jamaicans, very sad and pathetic!!🤨🤮

You get more house and better quality finishes in dominican republic for 1/3 of the price on similar neighborhood ...... this would cost maybe 80k usd in Dominican republic ....this is why they have more tourism and more expats ..... jamaicans are being robbed with high prices of construction

I have been to DR and during my time there i checked out a few developements,this is grossly inaccurate. But let's agree to disagree

You are absolutely right. I happened to browse DR real estate market a few days ago after being taken aback by Jamaica's high prices. Ultra modern designs and finishings. Well thought out communities with amenities for a fraction of the price of Jamaica's offerings.

Hi Tina, far too often we associate the Jamaican housing Market with "cheap". The truth is, in every country there is high end real estate. "Jamaica" doesn't automatically mean low cost housing right across the board. Norbrook is an upscale community and has been for years. However, if you're seeking housing here, feel free to let me know your budget I can send more suitable options. Hopefully that answers your question.

Barbados is 3 times that price and they are smaller made with board. Jamaica real estate is undervalued compared to the rest of the Caribbean and they have more to offer.
