He worked at the DRDC. Defence Research and Development Canada . A DND psyop outfit with deep connections to the CIA and mkultra type experiments. Here is a quote from an article. But the real troubling aspect stems from Pasternak admitting to being in the military and working with experimental drugs. Independent researchers discovered it went even deeper than that, with the ‘trainer’ reportedly working in an MK-Ultra style psychological affairs unit: I wonder who picked this nobody and gave him access to the Hollywood elite? And what lessons and experimental drugs he take with him? Epstein and Diddy were nobody’s who came out of nowhere as well. And as for raw milk, several people died from fake milks in Ontario in the summer of 2024. I’ll keep drinking my raw milk Harley.

He said to not do nasal labial fillers so what should we do about our nasal labial lines that are extremely visible? Is there any solution to decrease it?

Hi Arielle! First timer here. I think you’re gorgeous and love the content. Appreciate you interviewing an expert and also sharing your experience. Just as some feedback- I understand asking questions obviously but it just seems like you are insecure and making a lot of this about you, or a consultation for you. Ie asking if you need something, or always pointing out something wrong about your face etc. when he makes a certain comment. Even with you sharing about Botox and face taping, it seemed like he has to redirect the convo with your commentary. Just some feedback, not meant to be negative. Especially love the beginning question you asked about his philosophy. I think it’d be great to focus the interview and podcast in general with questions like that, as well as great specific questions that we all have! Thanks!

Love your content, this episode was really helpful as a 38 year old woman who has just gone through chemotherapy for breast cancer I really could use some filler, never had any procedures done so it’s interesting to listen to what your guest is suggesting! I can’t understand why you don’t have more subscribers? My personal theory is people are jealous you are absolutely stunning and what you are doing (have done is working you look in your 20s)!! Xx ❤️🥰

Makes sense. It's sad that people always try to save their youth to enjoy life. I blame it on the media for setting up certain trends. It is truly sad to look at the women competing with each other to feel complete with beauty and fashion trends.

I can relate, I had Dysport done years ago now w/ just a little amount in my forehead by a reputable clinic, and weeks later it was awful I had severe muscle weakness and pain along w/ major heart palpitations that lasted for months and months! It was absolutely awful! Never again for me!!

It's not simple ,there's alot of things physiologically, people who has been traumatized in early years like rape never recover so they can have different reactions without realizing it.

Why does every single woman have vocal fry now, say "like" every other word, end every sentence on an uptick, and sound like an 10 yr old girl? It's so depressing to listen to and horrible to the ear. Even men have it now. It makes everyone impossible to listen to now, no matter the content. Sound matters. The voice matters! It's all the fall-out of the Kardashians. *How* you say things matters too. Having said that, I recently started using GFs and they are game changers.

Interesting conversation! Personally, I will never use any single product that is more than $30 since discovering Korean/Japanese skincare. Anything above this is a rip off. The real big non-negotiable for me is an Asian/European (French in my case) sunscreen with the state of the art UV filters, not the dinosaurs FDA-approved filters from the 90s.

Been together 21 years, he has been caught being disrespectful more than 15 times, we have 2 children and I am financially dependent on him because that's what he wanted. I tried to work multiple times and he always found a reason to make me quit the job. He has given multiple women the attention I was starved for and has continued to. I'm convenient for him being a live in Nanny and also full time caregiver for his disabled mother. So instead of him being a man and saying I'm not attracted to you anymore, he chooses to cheat over and over and over. He knows I'm financially dependent so he can do whatever he wants .... But not for much longer. I am done. Working on becoming independent from him, however he will be paying child support and alimony so that will give me time to establish employment. He is a sorry azz cheating dawg and I'm done being sht on by him
