Recently i saw a short where rowing advice with cable machines were given to row/pull in that angle so you can get the whole stretch in the lat, i dont care that much about muscle building but this seems to be similar advice, in this case you just increased the ROM of the pull up + adding rotational forces to it, very nice concept, kind of specific maybe but i see the use for parkour and freestyle calisthenics

Thanks for the comment. Yeah especially the back arm will get more ROM stretched. For me specific uses of this exercise is not so important, i just like to experiment with different forces on my body and came up with this. Feels really nice on my trunk.

@@morphing-and-being Im a pragmatic person so kind of obsesed with utility haha but i do respect the exploration that you do, otherwise i could not discover new exercises

@@justanotherself3916ha yea thats how everyone can be valuable to everyone else. Its not that i dont care about utility but its not always necessary. I feel that sometimes when i just do things differently than normal life will adjust to it and make me able to utilise it. Im glad you found this video helpful!

Hey buddy, I run a video editing agency and without wasting your time do you need someone who could edit your videos and take the burden of video editing off from you. I watched this video till the end, your content is amazing but you are lacking in video editing. For more details, we can chat?

Thanks for the comment man. Do you have any feedback on what I should talk less about? Imo the subject is quite relevant but if I can make it more concise that would be helpful.

We will always be resistant to those who are different from us. It is human nature and instinct to seek similarity and embrace recognition. But diversity is so important to human survival and sustainability. The perspective of this video is inspiring. It introduces a diverse perspective to the field of fitness and health. It is very specific but also very broad.

At some point the reality of life reveals itself, this reality has always been. The worries and doubts you carry, the stress you experience, the self judgment you pass on to yourself. These have always been there, they were just carried by somoene else, by the people who've taken care of you, like your parents. When bearing responsabilities over others, you can start to grasp this reality. So just like a parent consoling their child, you will have to learn to console your own inner child. What would you tell a kid if they made a mistake? What kind of judgment do you pass on to them if they procrastinate? What effort would you put into helping that kid? As a parent your kid can be exhausting, you can get mad at them or even want to take a break from this responsibility. But as any good parent says, there's nothing better then putting a smile on your child's face.
