what is the price and how much BHP does it add the engine

Normal Price is $699 USD +SH. As far as how much bhp does it add. We went from a stock header, stock intake manifold with stock throttle body to our Intake, Header, 66mm Throttle body, 2" exhaust and our standard Hondata S300 v3 with base tune and saw a 23hp bump over stock.

@@mcgeescustomminis OK. Looked at the site. You stuck a North-South engine in East-West. Nope. Not gunna touch that one. The best I've seen so far is a BMW 1200CC bike conversion.

No, they are unibody. I set this body on top of a toyota frame. This was 10 years ago, and I still wish I put a 4.3 in it instead of a 3.4. Biggest regret!

How much HP/TQ do those D16 engines typically put out?

Typically we build them pretty mild. So on average 150 to 160bhp up to 195bhp NA.

Our usual combination is around 150 to 160bhp out of a d15b or d16 sohc. We have done a few in the neighborhood of 195bhp NA. We do not use the d17 or d16v1.

Yes it would! But we were in between moving shops and the engine stand was at the new shop and we had to move the engine to the new shop! Was much easier moving without all the extra stuff we dont use.

No it wont as it is D specific, B has a different flange. With that said, we have started making a prototype B series intake manifold in similar design. It should be done in the next week or two for test fitting. Shoot me a message on Facebook, or via email. Cheers.

Coil springs are worse thing you can fit to a classic Mini.

Well, I would semi agree. This video is from 4 years ago so my thoughts have slightly changed. I prefer cones and 10" wheels, with that said the red coils in a 12 or 13" wheeled street car is not horrible.

I have not. It takes a while to get to this point, with all the supporting product. This video is near 2 years old. If you check out on facebook Ulrich Vehicle Design , you will see some of the new products we are making, bespoke header, intake manifold, etc.

Shoot me an email at [email protected]. all frame are single bolt. With that said more installs have been on the earlier small double bolts converted to single bolts just using a spreader plate.
